Using the site
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account.
Products and pricing
We work to keep product information and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
All prices are in Nigerian Naira and include VAT where applicable.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.
Delivery and risk
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect items on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Manufacturer warranties apply in addition to your statutory rights.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
